The first thing one notices the minute the game loads is the grid’s layout. This is not your classic reels x rows video slot where matching symbols award prizes on certain paylines. The Piggy Bank Bills changes the rules by introducing the matching-the-two-halves of the same bill system. In other words, you’ll need to find both halves of the same piggy bill to have a whole bill symbol. When this happens, the game awards the value on the bill.
Winning combinations can occur on adjacent reels: 1 and 2, 3 and 4, and 5 and 6. So, don’t get excited if you have half of a bill on reel 1, and the other half, on the last one. The available bill symbols you can create are as follows:
- Light Green Bill – Two halves award 1000x the bet
- Turquoise Bill – Two halves award 100x the bet
- Dark Pink Bill – Two halves award 50x the bet
- Violet Bill – Two halves award 20x the bet
- Blue Bill – Two halves award 10x the bet
- Yellow Bill – Two halves award 5x the bet
- Green Bill – Two halves award 2x the bet
- Dark Violet Bill – Two halves award 1x the bet
- Red Bill – Two halves award 0.5x the bet
- Light Pink Bill – Two halves award 0.25x the bet
The Wild also hits a bill split in two. Similar to the standard paying symbols, you’ll need to match the half of a Wild and the half of a regular symbol for the value on the standard symbol to be awarded. If you hit the two parts of the Wild symbol, you’ll be given a random prize.
The Scatter is a full-pink bill with the words Free Spins on it. As you might have already guessed, to trigger the bonus round, you’ll need to bring two halves of the Scatter symbol on the screen, thus awarding 8 Free Spins. If you activate the round with more than one Scatter, the game will remove the lowest paying symbols.
