As we mentioned, there is a bit more happening on the grid. This 5×4 grid is the setup where symbols pay from left to right on adjacent reels over 12 paylines with the following max awards:  

• Speedboat – Pays 200x for 5 on a payline  
• Fishing Rod – Pays 100x for 5 on a payline  
• Lure – Pays 50x for 5 on a payline  
• Lure Box– Pays 50x for 5 on a payline  
• Fish – Pays total money value for 5 on a payline  
• A Symbol – Pays 10x for 5 on a payline  
• K Symbol – Pays 10x for 5 on a payline  
• Q Symbol – Pays 5x for 5 on a payline  
• J Symbol – Pays 5x for 5 on a payline  
• 10 Symbol – Pays 5x for 5 on a payline  

Scatter Symbol – The famous bass itself, landing to trigger the Free Spins.  

Wild Symbol – Our world-renowned Fisherman a.k.a. Steve, dressed in his summer shirt, hits all reels during the Free Spins and can replace all other symbols in a winning line except for the Scatter.  

Money Symbol – These juicy fish take a random value from 2x to 5000x the total bet at every spin, which can be won during the Free Spins bonus.  

Free Spins – This exciting feature of the game is triggered when you hit three or more Scatters on the reels. Like the other titles in the Big Bass slots, how many spins you receive depends on how many Scatters landed. This way, you can win either 10, 15, or 20 Free Spins. Landing multiple Scatters can also be easier than you think thanks to a few boosters. Randomly, when 2 Scatters land on the reels, a 3rd can be pulled up by a hook, or if the 2 Scatters have the space to move one place down on the grid, a respin may be triggered to reveal a third Scatter.   

Then, before the round starts, you stand a chance to land some great modifiers that will enhance the round. You can earn between 0 – 5 of the following:

As you spin, the Wild symbols catch the Money symbols, depicted as cash-filled fish. Sometimes, when the Wild Symbol hits, but no Money symbols are around to be collected, fate intervenes and throws some dynamite in the water, exposing some juicy cash-filled fish for the fisherman to snatch up! We also see a hook come down and pull up a Wild Symbol when there are fish on the grid, but no Wild. Then we also have the wipeout feature that reveals more fish for the Fisherman.  

For every successful haul the fisherman gets, the special meter fills up at the top of the reels. This meter grants bonuses, each one better than the last as it progressively fills during the Free Spins round. As far as mechanics go, every 4th Wild collected adds 10 Free Spins and increases the multiplier applied to the Money symbols collection to 2x. Thus, four more will get you another 10 Free Spins and a 3x multiplier. The ultimate boost is another 10 Free Spins and a 10x multiplier.   

Buy Free Spins – Triggering the Free Spins can also happen with the Bonus Buy option, activating the bonus round for 100x total current bet or 350x for the Super Free Spins, with all the pre-round modifiers already triggered.
